He has created many original sauna programs and his authentic sauna ritual - "Four Seasons" leaves people impressed, rested and having experienced a sauna ritual based on Lithuanian sauna traditions.
And after Lukas' individual procedures in the sauna, you will not want to close your eyes, because it is a real rest and relaxation using plants, natural scrubs, towels, honey, and musical instruments.
He studied the skills of a professional sauna master at the Sauna Academy, the Perkūnija Sauna School, and the Latvian Janis Pavlovičs Sauna School "Pirts meistaribas skola".

4 seasons sauna ritual
- Entry 1 - winter. First steam and herbal aromatherapy.
- Entry 2 - Spring. We remove the old with a salt scrub and a fragrant additive prepared by the sauna owner that is available at that time of year. In the steam room, we will also breathe in fragrant hot salt dust and cleanse the respiratory tract.
- Entry 3 - summer. Hot wading dance with a catch-up led by the bathhouse attendant. Everyone will be given wading pants, and the bathhouse attendant will show how to warm yourself and your neighbor, and at the same time the bathhouse attendant will warm up all participants more intensively. After the summer entry, we refresh ourselves in the lake or in a cool shower.
- Entry 4 - autumn. Light, not hot and fragrant sauna ending with honey.
- During each sauna ritual, the sauna owner will prepare herbal tea, provide fruit and mineral water, and treat you to fresh homemade bread, homemade butter, cheeses, and honey.
