• INTERNAL RULES OF PROCEDURE

BOOKING

• Reservations are made via our website www.ausrines.lt and are only confirmed after full payment.
• Reservations must be made in person, with the names of the people arriving.
• By paying for your reservation, you confirm that you accept all our rules. If you do not stay for the time specified (reserved), there is no refund.

CANCELLATION/TRANSFER OF RESERVATION

• Reservations can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 10 days before the arrival date. Reservations cannot be cancelled thereafter for any reason, such as change of plans, illness or other circumstances. Other people may arrive at the time of your reservation, but must be notified in advance. People arriving must also be familiar with our conditions and rules.
• If the date is postponed, the difference is non-refundable if the date is lower, and a difference bonus is required if the date is higher. Reservations can only be transferred once.
• By booking our services, you agree that your personal data will be used for the purpose of the booking procedure (in accordance with the terms of the contract on the protection of personal data of 1997-09-28).

GIFT COUPONS

• Gift vouchers can be purchased on our website www.ausrines.lt, Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months. from the date of acquisition. If the voucher is not used, there is no refund. Vouchers are also non-refundable and non-cashable.
• If the full amount of the voucher is not used, the difference will not be refunded. The voucher can only be used once.

• We also accept your pets. WE ACCEPT DOGS ONLY. Pets are allowed with an extra charge of EUR 30. It is the responsibility of the owners to pick up any faeces left by the animal. Any damage caused by pets is the responsibility of their owners. Only healthy, non-aggressive, mentally stable animals are accepted.
• No more than 2 small-medium animals may be accommodated in one house at any one time.
  The Guest of the House, who arrives with his/her pet, is responsible for the animal living in the House and undertakes to comply with these rules and to fully indemnify the damage caused by the animal to the Aušrinė Houses, the territory and/or to third parties. EUR 100 per day for pets kept in the house without prior arrangement. Fine.
• It is preferable that the pet staying with you in the Holiday Home is trained and exercised. If, in the opinion of the staff and/or management, a Guest’s pet is causing inconvenience or endangering the recreation, safety, health or life of other Guests, Dawn’s management reserves the right to ask Guests to leave Dawn’s chalets and grounds.

• Smoking is strictly forbidden in the chalets. The use of electronic cigarettes, “woops” and similar smoking devices, hookahs and other smoking devices inside the caravans is also not allowed.
• No noise or loud music is prohibited. The Aušrinė area is for quiet relaxation only, so please respect everyone’s privacy and peace.
• Littering or otherwise damaging the grounds or the interior of the chalets.
• Bringing extra friends and people for either an overnight stay or a short stay is strictly prohibited.

FIRE SAFETY AND SAFE BEHAVIOUR RULES

• As Aušrinė is located in a forested area, any outdoor fire is prohibited and forbidden on the territory of Aušrinė.
• Candles must only be lit outdoors in protected, glass lanterns. Candles must not be left unattended in lanterns.
• Indoors, candles may only be lit in candle holders and must not be left unattended.
• Do not start fires of any kind in the forest.
• Only use the indoor stove in accordance with the rules in our appliance section and with the permission of the owners of the property. Do not burn other materials or household waste.
• Only firewood that has been specially prepared for this purpose may be burnt. Do not keep the oven door open. Do not leave the stove unattended.
• Do not leave or place objects near or on the stove.
• Keep a safe distance from the stove.
• Use electrical appliances in accordance with safety requirements.
• Do not leave electrical appliances unattended.
• Do not leave blankets or large objects on the floor.
• Do not switch on or change the basic settings of thermostats, boiler, air conditioner.
• Fireworks are prohibited throughout the property.

RESPONSIBILITY OF HOLIDAYMAKERS

• The quality and freshness of the food is the responsibility of the holidaymakers themselves.
• If the holidaymaker injures himself or herself or his or her property through no fault of his or her own, in violation of the rules of safe conduct, fire safety and internal order, the service provider shall not be held liable for this.
• Accidents that may occur inside or outside the grounds of Aušrinė  (inside the chalets, on the terrace, throughout the grounds, swimming in the pond, cycling, etc.) are the responsibility of the holidaymakers themselves.
• Accidents caused by alcohol are the responsibility of the holidaymaker.
• Holidaymakers are fully responsible for any damage or destruction of movable and immovable property and material valuables in the chalets and in the territory of Aušrinė (the holidaymaker is liable for material damage in accordance with the procedure laid down by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania).
• In the event of a fire caused by the negligence of holidaymakers, which damages the holiday home or the surrounding area, holidaymakers are liable for any resulting damage.
• The items in the chalets and on the grounds are the property of the property and the holidaymaker(s) have no right to take them when leaving the property.
• If you notice any faults or irregularities, please report them immediately. Damage to appliances, fixed and short-term assets is subject to a penalty as set out in the Dawn Inventory Report/Schedule.
