INTERIOR. The location of the house is remote, which dictated the colours of the interior. The result is the darkest, yet most masculine interior.
In the bathroom, the grey concrete colour combined with black and green accents and, of course, the paintings always add a cosy feel.
Dark green tones in the living room with leather chairs – a perfect match. Black kitchen and bronze, metallic chandeliers, a green, vintage sofa and a mosaic of city-themed paintings above the bed.

LOCATION. The house is set in a remote location, next to a forest and a lake. The terrace overlooks a small lake and the terrace is high.
The bathroom window overlooks the forest and in winter you can see the neighbouring lake.
This house is a perfect, masculine space where women feel great too.

KĘSTUTIS’ HOUSE. A mood of dark, green colours. Cosy and eye-catching. Kęstutis had one wish – the location of the house. And the colours, the theme and the character developed quite naturally. Perfectly suited to the person, the house is simple yet special!

Room Rules

- Check-in from 15:00.
- Check out by 11:00. (With the possibility of extending the time if there are no other visitors in the cottage: contact info@ausrines.lt).
- We also accept your pets. ONLY DOGS ARE ACCEPTED. Pets are allowed with an extra charge of EUR 39. It is the responsibility of the owners to pick up any faeces left by the animal. Any damage caused by pets is the responsibility of their owners. Only healthy, non-aggressive, mentally stable animals are accepted. No more than 2 small-medium animals may be accommodated in one house at any one time. The Guest of the House, who arrives with his/her pet, is responsible for the animal living in the House and undertakes to comply with these rules and to fully indemnify the damage caused by the animal to the Aušrinė Houses, the territory and/or to third parties. EUR 100 per day for pets kept in the house without prior arrangement. Fine. It is preferable that the pet staying with you in the Holiday Home is trained and exercised. If, in the opinion of the staff and/or management, a Guest's pet is causing inconvenience or endangering the recreation, safety, health or life of other Guests, Dawn's management reserves the right to ask Guests to leave Dawn's chalets and grounds.
- Only persons of legal age can stay in the chalets. Babies up to 12 months are welcome. Cot available. Advance notice is required if arriving with an infant.
- The houses are for two persons. Bringing extra friends and people for either an overnight stay or a short stay is strictly prohibited.
