Somehow I’m analysing and thinking where such advice comes from. Basically, which way you look at . If you enjoy spending time with those people, if you look at things in a similar way, and if you enjoy dreaming and creating new ideas, then it is with those people that you need to realise those ideas and dreams? After all, it’s much easier with two or four!
I’m a bit of a pedant in places, playing around. Sometimes it’s harder for me to make decisions, but when I do, I do it with all my heart. Dovilė is a rocket, and there is no one faster than her. But let’s say, when it catches fire, it needs it here and now. With this feature, everything happens much faster. Andrius is a construction guru, he draws everything we come up with in his AutoCade. Kęstas is a silent engineer. They come up with all sorts of solutions on how to do things more efficiently or smartly. We are all very different, it’s really difficult to agree sometimes, there are many opinions, we often bore each other, but we take a break, we play with ourselves, and then we move on again.
But I think that at the heart of what matters in business and in all activities is a strong friendship. No friendship, no nothing. So let’s keep quiet together. We come down to each other, and then new ideas are born that are bigger than each other.
