INTERIOR. The brightest house of all. Sunny and warm. Andrius wanted white in the interior. By matching the blue tones, I have created a very elegant and unique house.
The bathroom has white marble tiles, with a stunning silver-framed mirror that is a perfect match. A blue cabinet that’s been updated to accommodate the sink, brightly coloured pictures and contrasting black accents.
Vintage armchairs with a characteristic khaki gpbelen, which I created especially for Andrius’ house.
The mosaic of paintings hanging on the wall adds contrast to the house. The interior looks bright, but the pictures, the frames, the silver and gold colours make it so lively.

LOCATION. The house is closest to the lake, on the very slope where you can see the whole landscape of Aušrinė from the terrace – the forest and the lake.
The bathroom window overlooks pine trees.

ANDRIAUS HOUSE is bright and warm. Calm colours, very elegant and cosy. Just like my husband Andrius.

Room Rules

  • - Check-in from 15:00.

  • - Check out by 11:00. (With the possibility of extending the time if there are no other visitors in the cottage: contact info@ausrines.lt).

  • - We also accept your pets. ONLY DOGS ARE ACCEPTED. Pets are allowed with an extra charge of EUR 30. It is the responsibility of the owners to pick up any faeces left by the animal. Any damage caused by pets is the responsibility of their owners. Only healthy, non-aggressive, mentally stable animals are accepted. No more than 2 small-medium animals may be accommodated in one house at any one time. The Guest of the House, who arrives with his/her pet, is responsible for the animal living in the House and undertakes to comply with these rules and to fully indemnify the damage caused by the animal to the Aušrinė Houses, the territory and/or to third parties. EUR 100 per day for pets kept in the house without prior arrangement. Fine. It is preferable that the pet staying with you in the Holiday Home is trained and exercised. If, in the opinion of the staff and/or management, a Guest's pet is causing inconvenience or endangering the recreation, safety, health or life of other Guests, Dawn's management reserves the right to ask Guests to leave Dawn's chalets and grounds.

  • - Only persons of legal age can stay in the chalets. Babies up to 12 months are welcome. Cot available. Cot price per night - € 12 (cot rental price is not included in the offer price). Advance notice is required if arriving with an infant.

  • - The houses are for two persons. Bringing extra friends and people for either an overnight stay or a short stay is strictly prohibited.
